Each tablet contains 250mg of the progestoen norgestimate and 35mg of the oestrogen ethinylestradiol.

The other ingredient: lactose anhydrous, lactose, monohydrate, povidone K-25, dl-a-tocopherol, microcrystalline, cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, starch pregelatinised (starch 1500), magnesium stearate, indigo carmine aluminium lake (E132).
Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has advised. Lizinna comes in a strip of 21 tablets, each marked with a day of the week. Take your tablet ideally the same time every day. Start by taking a tablet marked with the correct day of the week. Swallow each with water if necessary. Do not chew the tablet.

After you have taken all 21 tablets in the strip, you have a seven day with no tablets where you should have a bleed like a period. After the seven day break start taking the next strip.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Read the enclosed leaflet before taking. Talk to your doctor before taking if you are taking any other medication, suffer from blood clots, if you have had an operation, been off your feet for a long time, had a heart attack or stroke, have high blood pressure, have inflammation of the pancreas, have severe liver disease, unexplained bleeding, have a high level of fat in the blood, suffer from migraines or suffer from diabetes.
