Each prolonged release tablet contains 750 milligrams of the active ingredient Metformin Hydrochloride. The other ingredients are Magnesium Stearate, Carmellose Sodium and Hypromellose.
Take the medication as prescribed by your doctor. Normally you should take the tablets once a day, with your evening meal. In some cases, your doctor may recommend that you take the tablets twice a day. Always take the tablets with food.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Talk to your doctor before taking if you have ketosis, long term kidney or liver problems, suffer from a rapid weight loss, nausea, sever infection, heart problems, circulatory problems, breathing difficulties, heavy drinker or under the age of 18 years of age. Please tell your doctor if you are taking any medicines. Do not take if you are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to be pregnant.
