The active ingredient is Azelastine Hydrochloride 0.% w/v. Each squirt provides 140 micrograms Azelastine Hydrocholoride.
The other ingredients are Hypromellose, Disodium Edetate, Citric Acid, Disodium Phoshate, Sodium Chloride and Purified Water.

The usual dose is one squirt into each nostril in the morning and then again in the evening.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Talk to your doctor before taking if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breast feeding. Take special care if you have tuberculosis or chest infection.
