Delivered to wrong address and left by the bins. So not a good order experience. there is something wrong with the system when you move. I ordered my monthly prescription at my new address no problem. I was not presented with another address field for the addition to my order of a non prescription item. That got delivered to the old address with no chance for me to change it. The follow up was ‘ask a neighbour to retrieve it’. We were only in temporary accommodation and did not know any neighbours to ask.
