Warm the silicone earplug in your clean and dry hands and mould it to the shape of your ear.
Place the earplug over the ear opening, pressing gently to cover it. Ensure the ear is clean and dry, and hair is kept away from the earplug.
The earplug should only cover the ear opening and should not be pushed into the ear canal.
