What if I don’t have a mobile number/mobile phone?

Two-step verification works by sending you a one-time passcode (OTP). If you don’t have a mobile phone to receive an SMS with your OTP, it can be sent to your landline number. You’ll receive a call and the OTP will be read out to you ready to enter when prompted and access your account. If you’re unable to receive your one-time passcode using one of these methods, contact our Customer Care team who’ll be happy to help you. You can call them on 0113 265 0222.
