How do I track my order?

Once you've logged into your account, you can track your order by selecting Orders. If you're already logged in, you can track your order here.
Your GP surgery can take up to 4 working days to issue a prescription to us. If you need them to send it sooner, the quickest option is to contact the surgery directly, as they control when prescriptions are approved and released.
Once we’ve received your prescription, we aim to check, process, and deliver your medicine within 3–5 working days. This covers the full journey from clinical checks to dispensing and handing your parcel to Royal Mail.
