How do I update my surgery details?

You can update your surgery details by logging in to your account, selecting Account, then Your Surgery - but there are a few important points to check before making any changes.
Your GP surgery must be based in England, and you need to have fully completed your registration with them before updating your details.
If you’ve already placed an order and then change your surgery, that order will not transfer. After updating your surgery details, you’ll need to place a new order so your request goes to the correct GP.
