How will my treatment arrive?

It depends on the medication you have ordered.
Medicated weight loss injections, such as Mounjaro and Wegovy (including the 7.2mg dose), need to be refrigerated.
Your Mounjaro order will arrive wrapped in ice and temperature-retaining wool. Please unravel all packaging to locate the pen inside. Your needles will be placed in a separate small white box with a red label affixed. Please do not throw this away. If you have not received any needles for Mounjaro, please contact our customer care team through your online account.
Wegovy can now be delivered in standard packaging without additional cooling materials in certain circumstances, provided it remains within the approved temperature limits (below 30°C for up to 48 hours during final delivery). This means that your Wegovy pens may not always include cooling materials.
Wegovy 7.2 mg will continue to be sent in insulated packaging as different delivery requirements apply to this strength. During warmer weather, this packaging may also be used for other dosage strengths to help keep the medication within the approved temperature range during transit.
When your medication arrives, place your unopened pens in a refrigerator (2°C to 8°C) in line with the Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) for Wegovy, Wegovy 7.2mg, and for Mounjaro. Do not use the medication if it is frozen.
For other medications from our Online Doctor service, such as weight loss tablets, hair loss medicines, erectile dysfunction treatments, or acne support, the medication will arrive in sealed packaging. You should store them in their original packaging at room temperature and away from direct light. Always follow the instructions as laid out in each medicine’s Patient Information Leaflet.
Do not use any medication if it looks damaged, or if you are unsure about its condition. If you have any concerns about it, please get in touch. Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the pen label and on the carton after ‘EXP’. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month. Keep all medicines out of sight and reach of children.
