Take one Glucosamine tablet and on Max Capsule a day with a cold drink.
Capsule: Fish Oil Concentrate (Triomega®), Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Glycerol, Sorbitol Syrup, Colours: Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide), Hydrolysed Collagen Fish, Emulsifiers: Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Soya Lecithin; Vitamin C, Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate, Vitamin D Prep. (Fractionated Vegetable Oil, Vitamin D, DL-Alpha-Tocopherol).
Tablet: Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCI (Crab (Crustacean)), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Maltodextrin, Tablet Coat (Colour: Titanium Dioxide, Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, Polydextrose, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate).

I suffered with arthritis of the knees, Possibly because of too much football and cricket as a lad. I never had any problems until the last 5 years or so. As my stepfather, who died recently at 96, worked many years for British Cod Liver Oil Producers, in Kingston upon Hull, a large fishing port and never had a cold or aching joint. I used the cream, obtained from Seven Seas, who inherited the BCLOP site and although very good, when they stopped distribution, I turned to the Tablets/Capsules and Ive been amazed at the great results obtained. My elastic knee bandages went in the bin last year and Ive just returned, with my wife and Boxer Cleo, from a holiday in and around Ben Nevis. I can honestly recommend the medication to sufferers of aching bones and muscle pains. Give it a try. You will be surprised at the result.
