Tablets quite large and hard to swallow but good product.

I don't know if these help or not cause they are absolutely massive and impossible to swallow. They are large, wide and round. When I tried to take one it ended up lodged in my throat and I ended up choking for about a minute until it went down. Wouldn't recommend.
