<li>Position your hand so your palm is parallel to the floor.</li>
<li>Position the support on the top of your hand with the thumb under the small strap.</li>
<li>Stretch the small strap across the palm and attach the Velcro.</li>
<li>Stretch each of the three Velcro straps across the wrist and secure until comfortable.</li>
<li>Finish by wrapping the long strap around the wrist or in a figure of eight around your thumb and back around the wrist, ensuring that the strap is not too tight.</li>
