Medications like metoclopramide, tetracycline, rifampicin, rifabutin, efavirenz, certain protease inhibitors for HIV, warfarin, and etoposide can affect or be affected by Malarone.

What if I forget to take a dose of Malarone?

Simply take the next dose as soon as you remember and resume your treatment as usual. Avoid taking extra tablets to compensate for a missed dose; stick to your regular dosing schedule.
