It only takes a few minutes to sign up to our service. Just provide some basic details and we'll take care of the rest. We work directly with your local GP surgery so all your repeat prescription requests are handled by us.
Once your account's set up, you can set reminders that'll prompt you to order, choose your preferred delivery options, and add any exemptions or prepayment certificates.

You'll just need to provide your personal details, your GP surgery, what medicine you're prescribed, and your NHS number if you know it.
Once we've matched your details with the NHS database, you're ready to choose your preferences and place your first order.

You don't need to contact your GP first, just request the medicines you need through your Pharmacy2U account and we'll automatically send the request to your GP surgery for approval.

Free delivery to your chosen address
Once your prescription has been checked and dispensed by our clinical team, it'll be collected by Royal Mail ready to be delivered to your home for free.
Prefer to have it delivered to work? No problem. You can have your prescription delivered to any UK address. You can also choose delivery preferences including a nominated safe place or letterbox delivery if this works for you.
