Recently we have launched c.25 Covid-19 vaccination centres, and with more to follow we and are playing an important role in the country’s response to the pandemic. We have delivered over 600,000 vaccinations to date.

Role Purpose

Based within the Services team, this is an exciting role required to support the covid vaccination project. You will use existing reporting and help develop new reporting to provide the business with up-to-date and accurate performance information whilst forecasting future growth. You will analyse current performance to identify key trends in performance by individual site to ensure sites are operating effectively and efficiently. Due to the increasing number of sites opening and the increasing volume of vaccinations through these sites this is a role that will continue to grow and develop to support a successful vaccination rollout leading into a seasonal flu vaccination campaign. As a relatively new area of the business this role offers the opportunity to shape and drive new processes whilst adapting existing processes as the division grows and develops.

Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities

· Daily performance reporting for all sites

· Appointment reporting to forecast future appointment volumes, demand by region and availability

· Vaccine stock reporting for central NHS functions to ensure vaccine is correctly accounted for and to ensure accurate future vaccine allocations

· Stock and consumables control across 20-25 vaccination sites - working closely with the vaccination sites to ensure they have everything that they need to be able to successful administer vaccinations

· Analysis of performance reporting and working with the Services Team to ensure sites are achieving maximum efficiency, highlighting any trends in performance and working to make necessary changes to systems and processes

· Assisting in the planning and execution for our seasonal flu campaign

Knowledge, skills and experience required for role


· Highly analytical and numerate with the ability to convert analysis in to actions

· Microsoft Office proficient - specifically the ability to use Excel at an advanced level (Vlookups, Pivots, calculations, sort and filter etc)

· Self-starter and able to demonstrate drive, initiative and proactivity

· Ability to prioritise and organise tasks and workload

· Hands on Problem Solver – demonstrating flexibility and tenacity – “thinking on your feet”


· Experience organising and prioritising tasks, delivering targets to tight deadlines and time management

· Appreciation of working within a company with ethical rules and regulations


· Ability to use Excel at an advanced level

· A Level (Equivalent ) or Degree (Equivalent)
