Role Purpose

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our team as Partner Success Officer to support the development of our partnership activity. Supporting the onboarding of new partners and managing the existing relationships to support Pharmacy2U’s growth.

As Partner Success Officer you will play a vital role in supporting with strategic partnership management, working closely with the Partnership Development Manager to maximise the potential of our key partners. The Partner Success Officer will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure our partners are stewarded innovatively and effectively, and to ensure that strategic partnership goals are met.

You will be joining an ambitious Partnerships and Product team at an exciting time as we continue to deliver against our outcome focused strategy, which puts partnership at the heart of all that we do. Partnerships sits at the heart of our growth strategy and we are looking for a Partner Success Officer to help realise the potential of the channel.

Due to the cross-sector nature of this role, it will particularly suit someone who has experience in Business Development, Corporate Partnerships, relationship management and /or someone working on within the charity or corporate fundraising team.

Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities

  • The role will involve supporting the execution our strategic partners plan, establishing partnerships and collaborations with:
  • Charities / Not for profit organisations.
  • Technology / App providers in relevant verticals.
  • Leading academic institutions, Clinical trial and research organisations.
  • Major corporate / Trade organisations.
  • Supplier and Funded marketing partners.
  • Data analysis and Marketing organisations.
  • Trade or sector bodies and groups / Thought leadership partners.
  • Other agencies and organisations with complementary products and customer bases to ours.
  • Undertake any other duties that are relevant to the job requested by the line manager.

Main Responsibilities

In the role of Partner Success Officer you will work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in order to maximise income from our existing portfolio of partners through effective account management. Working alongside colleagues across the Partnership, Product and Marketing team you will share learning and best practise to deliver an excellent partner experience, resulting in partner growth. You will network with colleagues across Pharmacy2U to ensure that partnerships are developed and delivered in line with our strategic Partner Plan. You will ensure that consistent, cross-organisational measurement and evaluation models are adhered to and provide regular reports on delivery against relevant KPIs. On occasion - when business needs require - you will support the Product Director, contributing to new business innovation, partner pitches and pipeline development.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to be an ambassador for the Partnership team and Pharmacy2U more widely.
  • Able to develop strong partnerships, in either a charity, corporate, technology or commercial sales environments.
  • Thrives under pressure. Able to manage time and competing priorities, specifically in the context of balancing a portfolio of partners or stakeholders.
  • An ability to develop existing partnerships or onboard new business to meet targets and deliver return on investment.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment and culture
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills
  • Strong numeracy skills an
  • Computer literate with excel / reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills particularly in relation to writing proposals and presentations.
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management skills, including prioritisation
  • Ability to liaise and engage with key organisational stakeholders
  • Skilled at developing and maintaining working relationships

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience or relationship management and partnership co-ordination.
  • Experience of managing partnership and / or customer accounts.

KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • A level or equivalent (degree or equivalent preferable)
