Role Purpose

As a National Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the Regional Coordinators in monitoring and managing of clinical standards and profitability performance. You will ensure a high level of service is delivered and will be passionate about motivating your team to deliver success. The role will involve travelling to the Vaccination Sites to monitor performance and conduct site inspections.

Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities

  • Coaching and developing Team Members to achieve consistent performance
  • To motivate your Teams through regular quality checks and feedback, understanding the team and needs of customers.
  • Monitoring and management of clinical standards and profitability performance
  • Overseeing delivery of quality assurance audits of clinical standards and P2U SOP adherence at each site at least once per month
  • Ensuring that the patient journey is consistent across all sites and in line with all processes
  • Conduct monthly performance review/ 1:1 for each Regional Co-Ordinator including a review of Objectives and KPI's
  • Overseeing Regional Co-Ordinators are effectively delivering the planned site resourcing requirements in line with agreed site headcount ratios
  • Support the onboarding and development of new Regional Co-Ordinators and the continuous development of Regional Co-Ordinators
  • People and performance management of Regional Co-Ordinators
  • Supporting Regional Co-Ordinators in escalation of issues across their respective region
  • Overseeing responsibility for P2U equipment management including but not limited to: Loss, condition and costs
  • Overseeing processes to limit vaccine wastage
  • Ensuring that Regional Co-Ordinators effectively manage the Mutual Aid process for the region

Knowledge, skills and experience required for role

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Numerate
  • IT literate (used It systems and is quick to learn)
  • Demonstrate drive, initiative and proactivity in role
  • Proven ability to work both as part of a bigger team and individually
  • Ability to prioritise and organise tasks and workload
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Display high level of accuracy

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of working within company and ethical rules and regulations
  • Experience of working in a highly accurate environment

KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good Level of Maths and English
  • Ability to use Microsoft Programmes, including Word & Excel
