We are searching for an experienced trainer to join our already established Learning and Development team. This is a demanding but incredibly rewarding role that will see you delivering exceptional training predominately to our Healthcare professionals that are working in Vaccine Services. You will also be responsible for monitoring training and checking compliance. The successful candidate will have experience of delivering training on an individual, group and remote basis. It would also be beneficial if you hold a Learning and development qualification (e.g. CIPD, CTTLS, DTTLS, or part qualified) and Clinical experience would be advantageous. This role will allow a degree of flexibility in terms of home working, depending upon training needs of the business. It is a great time to join the team!


- Support the Head of Learning in all aspects of the on-going development of clinical programmes.

- Develop and deliver workshops that provide robust solutions to learning and development needs

- Evaluate the Current Programme to ensure that it is fit for purpose and provides learners with the knowledge and skills required to undertake the role



- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service

- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to provide engaging workshops, inductions and soft skills

- Numerate and IT literate

- Demonstrate drive, initiative and proactivity in role

- Proven ability to work both as part of a bigger team and individually

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), always displaying empathy and reassurance.

- Able to work well with Stakeholders

- Working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines

- Display high level of accuracy, you will be expected to maintain and record accurate documentation of competence

- A positive attitude, able to develop with the needs of the business.
