Role Purpose

The Digital Marketing Executive will be working within the marketing team (reporting directly to our Digital Marketing Manager), with a remit that touches all elements of digital marketing from the management of acquisition channels and agencies through content and CRO. This varied role offers the opportunity to work across a number of our NHS services across multiple disciplines within digital marketing.

Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities

· Working with multiple agencies to deliver our digital media targets.

· Managing reporting and creative for all paid digital media channels including PPC, SEO, App Campaigns, Email, Display and Social.

· Building and sharing reports on channel performance, providing insights that provide a range of stakeholders with a better understanding of performance and actions.

· Briefing and managing through creative requirements to internal teams and agencies

· Analysing channel and audience performance to identify opportunities for optimisation.

· Providing support to the wider marketing team on key projects as required

· Developing and implementing SEO and PPC strategies

· Developing engaging online content to drive conversions and monitor and analyse content success.

· Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.

· Drive traffic to relevant pages and platforms based on user intent.

· Develop and manage projects and agencies, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas.

· Keep abreast of new technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.

· Ensure all campaigns are accurately tracked and internal reporting is maintained and distributed in a timely manner.

· Manage an ongoing roadmap of creative testing.

· Manage the onboarding of new digital channels with supporting creative, KPIs and reporting.

  • Hours – 40 hours a week full time. Mon to Fri
