The NHS ask all UK pharmacies to request feedback from patients on the service they have received every year. The information collected provides great insight into our patient experiences, service levels and how we can continue to further improve our patient’s lives. This year we have taken the opportunity to ask a few additional questions in order to find out exactly what improvements our patients would like us to make in future.

We’re happy to announce that the results are in, here are some headlines…

  • 93% of patients rated our service as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’
  • 85% of patients take advantage of our free reminder service
  • 95% of patients think the medication they need is in stock
