Please always check the instructions on the label and follow them carefully.  </p><p> 1. Wash hands thoroughly and clean preparation area. Sterilise bottles and teats. </p><p> 2. Boil fresh water for five minutes or until an electric kettle switches off.</p><p> 3. Put the required amount of water into a sterilised feeding bottle. Cover the bottle with the cap and cool down to room temperature. </p><p> 4. Before adding the formula make sure the water is at the correct temperature by placing a few drops on the wrist. It should feel slightly cool to the touch. </p><p> 5. Fill the scoop provided with Neocate Syneo and level off with a clean, dry knife. Do not press the powder into the scoop. Only use the scoop provided approximate weight is 4.8g. Add the prescribed number of scoops of Neocate Syneo to the water. </p> <p> 6. Replace the cap on the bottle and shake until the powder dissolves. </p><p>SECTION_END: Usage</p> <p>SECTION_START: Warnings</p> <h3>Precautions to consider before using Neocate Syneo Infant Supplement</h3><p>Must be used under medical supervision, after full consideration of all feeding options, including breastfeeding. Suitable as a sole source of nutrition for infants under one year of age. Neocate Syneo contains Bifidobacterium breve M-16V and is not recommended for infants with a central venous catheter or short bowel syndrome without the full consideration of all the risks and benefits by a healthcare professional, and careful monitoring of the patient. Serum levels of micronutrients, particularly phosphorus, should be routinely monitored by clinicians when Neocate is used as a primary or sole source of nutrition for patients with complex systemic disease involving multiple diagnoses and intestinal disease, especially in combination with tube feeding and/or a history of prematurity.</p><p>SECTION_END: Warnings</p>
