<p>Dermol 600 Bath Emollient is an antimicrobial emollient and moisturiser for the management of dry and pruritic itchy skin conditions, especially eczema and dermatitis, and for use as a soap substitute.Dermol 600 Bath Emollient is useful for dry skin conditions, such as eczema and dermatitis, which get worse when the skin is allowed to dry out. Used regularly, this emollient can help restore the skins smoothness, softness and flexibility by replacing lost moisture and helping the skin retain moisture. This helps reduce scaling, redness and itching.</p>

<h3>How to use Dermol 600 Bath Emollient?</h3>
<ul>
<li>Always shake the bottle before use.</li>
<li>For use in the bath: Add up to 30ml 1 1/2 capfuls to a bath of warm water more or less, according to the size of the bath and individual patient requirements.</li>
<li>For babies, add up to 15ml.</li>
<li>Soak for 5-10 minutes. Pat dry</li>

<h3>Precautions to consider before using Dermol 600 Bath Emollient</h3>
<p>Do not use Dermol 500 Lotion if you are:</p>
<ul>
<li>allergic hypersensitive to benzalkonium chloride, chlorhexidine dihydrochloride, liquid paraffin, isopropyl myristate, or any of the other ingredients of Dermol 500 Lotion</li>
</ul>
<h3>Possible side effects</h3>
<p>Like all medicines, Dermol 600 Bath Emollient can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.</p>
