We’ll get in touch with your doctor’s surgery to let them know you’ve given your consent to synchronise your medicine ordering. Your GP will need to approve this and we’ll update you once they’ve confirmed their decision.
You might notice a change to your reminders as we adjust them to match your requirements. In the meantime, you can continue to request your medicines in the usual way and if you need any help, you can visit our Support Hub or contact our patient care team on 0113 265 0222.
