An Exciting opportunity for an experienced designer to join an entrepreneurial e-commerce business where they will work with a lot of autonomy & make a real difference. This role is best suited for a candidate looking to take true ownership of our creatives to develop a compelling and consistent customer experience through all channels.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to take business challenges and turn them in to creative solutions across digital and printed media.
Working as part of the marketing team, you will play a key role in the development and execution of creative marketing campaigns.
We are looking for a passionate, confident, and conceptually-minded team player to support the team with various projects including both online and offline collateral.
- Create digital marketing collateral for websites, social media channels, emails and apps
- Develop concepts, identities and visual styles that fit specific target audiences
- Ensure consistency of the visual appearance of all creative assets
- Offer fresh ideas - alongside the creation and sharing of concepts in-line with established branding - for feedback and development within the team
- Manage the print production process from design to finished product
- Help to scope projects and propose the best solutions based on available budget and resource
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's workflow and skill set
- Liaise with outsourced creative agencies on specific projects
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in graphic design or equivalent. You will have a minimum of 3 years working in the creative industry and you'll have the ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressured environment.
You'll have an excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and you'll be a team player who is a natural collaborator - enjoying working with others to produce the best possible creative outcome. You'll have a knock-out portfolio of design work that you're proud of and happy to talk through at interview.
Communication is a big part of the job, so you must feel confident to contribute to the entire creative process. You won't take yourself too seriously and you'll be excited about working in a growing team where you can make a difference with responsibility early on. You're a self-starter with boundless initiative.
Motion graphics and video experience would be highly beneficial.
