How do I know the status of my order?

To check the status of your order simply: 

  1. Log into your Pharmacy2U account.
  2. Select Order History  from the dashboard.
  3. Click View order.
  4. You will then see the status of your order.

Below is a list of status's and what this means for your order

Order placed, with your GP for approval You’ve told us what medicines you need, we’ve now sent this to your GP for approval.
This typically takes up to 2 working days to come back to us.
Awaiting GP approval Your GP has not yet authorised this prescription or responded to our follow up communications, this is usually because the GP will need to speak to you directly about your medication. Please contact them directly and ask them to issue the prescription to Pharmacy2U at the earliest opportunity or ask them to speak to us about any concerns.
Awaiting prescription If your request is not at this stage after 4 working days we’re still waiting to receive your prescription from your GP. We have contacted them again to chase this and will let you know as soon as this has been received.
Prescription approved Your GP has approved your medication, your order is now with our pharmacy team being checked before packing. This usually happens the same day (Mon-Fri), although sometimes this can take 1-2 working days.
Packing your order/Preparing your order/Processing your order Your order is being checked by our pharmacy team before being packed for delivery. This usually happens the same day, although sometimes this can take 1-2 working days.

Please note: if this takes longer than 2 working days please check your email for updates.
Out for delivery Your order has been packed and is now with Royal Mail for delivery, who will deliver your medication within 2-3 working days.
