My Account Why can't you send me Online Doctor consultation updates directly?

We choose to update patients via the Messages section within the My Account area to ensure that communications between our online doctors and patients are as kept as secure as possible.

We appreciate the sensitivity of some of the conditions that we treat and by asking you to log into the messaging area also allows us to keep communications confidential.

Should you wish to change the method as to how you are updated, please log into My Account and navigate to Personal Details where you can select Email or SMS.
