Can I use your service if I have to order direct with my GP?

Some surgeries have changed the way in which they work with pharmacies and require you to place your medication request directly with them. This is usually done online or over the phone depending on your surgery. If this is relevant to you, visit the order section of your patient dashboard where we will highlight how you can order your medication with your GP.

Once your GP approves your medication, you will benefit from our great service and free delivery. If you are not exempt from payment it's important to add your payment details in your account so there are no delays with your order once your GP has approved it.
