How do I cancel or amend my booking?
In your booking confirmation email there’s a link to amend or cancel your appointment.
If you have booked a free NHS Flu Vaccination but can't attend, we would ask that you take the time to cancel the appointment, so the slot is free for someone else to use.
If you have booked and paid for a private flu vaccination, but can no longer make your booked appointment, please rearrange your appointment in any available slot. You may also cancel your appointment in which you will receive a refund within 3-5 working days from cancellation. Please note that if you do not cancel your appointment and fail to attend, then unfortunately we will be unable to refund you for your vaccination.
