Once I have booked do I need to do anything before arrival?

Yes. Within your booking confirmation email there will be a link to a pre-appointment questionnaire. This questionnaire will allow us to gather the necessary information in advance of your visit to administer your flu jab. We'll use this to check your details on arrival and also to inform your NHS GP that you have had the vaccination, when the visit has been completed.
