How do I return my medication?

Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty or broken.

We understand that there may be occasions when the items may not have been delivered correctly or that you no longer require the product. If this is the case then you can return any unwanted items free of charge within 28 days for a refund or replacement.

To return a product:

  • Make sure the item is unused and returned with the original packaging complete.
  • Take the parcel to any post office and specify your would like the item to be sent to the freepost address on the returns label*
  • Upon receipt of the parcel we will contact you for the reason of return and if appropriate process a replacement/refund

In addition products of a medicinal, cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned due to reasons of hygiene. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee and delivery charges may apply.

In the event of a refund, please note the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Credit card companies will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
