Can I request a specific brand of medication?

If the prescription received from your GP surgery does not stipulate a brand you may be sent a generic version.

We do have an option to add a special requirement to send a certain brand to you, however this is never a guarantee that this brand would always been sent out, this is because it would depend on stock and availability of the brand needed.

If you do require a certain brand, please contact us so this can be updated on your account.
