Can I add other people to my account?

Each person requires their own account to ensure the prescription details match the account holder's, however, you are able to manage multiple accounts using one email address.

Please ensure you are doing this on the website and not the mobile app.
When registering someone else, it will pop up to advise the email address is already in use. Please select ‘Save and continue’ and this will allow you to proceed. Please ensure that when using the same email address you also use the same exact password, as the system will then differentiate the accounts by date of birth. (Due to this, twins will have to have a different email address).
