Placing your order and sending us your prescription

When you place an order for your pets medicine, please make sure you have purchased the correct medication as stated on your prescription. We can only dispense what your vet has prescribed.
Our team will need to perform the required clinical checks to make sure the right medicine is being dispensed.
When you are prompted to upload your prescription, please make sure the image of the prescription:
Is clear so the contents can be read,
Contains all the necessary pages and information,
All 4 edges and corner of the prescription visible by return of this email ensuring the image is also in focus (if your device asks which file size to send, please select the largest one
Alternatively, you may wish to scan the prescription and send us an image of this as this is likely to be clearer.
Once we have received the prescription we will dispense and dispatch your order as soon as possible for you.
Please note that if your image does not match these requirements, this will cause a delay to your order as the prescription is a legal document which is stored on our system and must be printed by our pharmacy team for the order to be dispensed.
