If you registered by post or phone you will need to activate your account online. Have your account number to hand (this can be found on your welcome email).

You will need to enter:

  • Account number

  • Email address

  • Date of birth

*If you registered online or on our App then your account is already activated. Your username is your email address, just enter the password you created when you registered.
