My order has been cancelled, when will I be refunded?

If you pay for your NHS prescriptions, full payment is not taken until the products are dispatched so no money will be taken. A pre-authorisation is processed after GP approval. This will be released upon the order being cancelled and should appear available in your bank. Please allow 5 working days for this to process.

If you have paid using PayPal as a payment method, the order amount will be refunded back to your PayPal account within the next 3 working days
