Can I use my prepayment certificate with Pharmacy2U?

An NHS prepayment certificate (PPC) can help patients who are prescribed multiple regular medicines save money on their prescriptions. You can learn about and purchase PPCs online here.

Having a valid PPC means you've already paid. Therefore, we won't charge you for NHS prescriptions during the period covered by the PPC, and your account will be classed as 'exempt from paying prescription charges'. It's your responsibility to keep us updated with accurate details.

How to update us with your PPC details

If you're still entitled to free prescriptions, the easiest way to update us is through your online account:

  1. Click on Account from the menu.

  2. Click on Exemption.

  3. Add your exemption and end date.

  4. Click Save Changes.
