How do I place my first order?

Updated 

  1. Log into your Pharmacy2U account here.

  2. Once logged in select Prescriptions.

  3. Click Add Medication. (If you have already added your medication to your account move on to step 8)

  4. Enter medication name.

  5. Select correct medication.

  6. Click Add to add the medication to your list.

  7. Repeat for any other required medications.

  8. Once all required medications are added select the items you wish to order by clicking Add to basket.

  9. To remove a selected item, click Remove.

  10. Click Continue.

  11. Select the date you wish to receive your medication by. (We recommend allowing 10 working days)

  12. Click Confirm.

  13. Check all order details are correct including address.

  14. If this looks correct, click the Confirm button.

Don't need your medication just yet? Don't worry, order now and we will hold onto your request and send it to your GP 10 days before the date you need it by.
