What if I'm out when my delivery arrives?

We can deliver to any address - your home, your place of work, to a carer or neighbour. You can choose a safe place if you are not home to accept delivery or if they still can't deliver, a card will be left and your order will be brought back to your local depot. You can arrange a re-delivery for free or collect from your local depot.

*Please note in order for Royal Mail to leave your medication in a safe place then you must give consent for letter box delivery*
