Zanprol 10mg tablets (Omeprazole) is an advanced treatment for the relief of heartburn and acid reflux. They work by preventing the stomach from producing too much acid which can cause acid reflux and heartburn.
Swallow these tablets whole with plenty of water before a meal. Do not crush or chew these tablets. Adults 18 years and over: Initially take 2 tablets once daily. If your symptoms improve, reduce to 1 tablet daily. If your symptoms return, take 2 tablets. You should make sure that you carefully read all product packaging and labels prior to use.
Omeprazole 10 mg as the active ingredient. Other ingredients are lactose monohydrate; sodium starch glycollate; sodium stearate; sodium stearyl fumarate; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) acetate succinate, Sepisperse AP-3527 (containing propylene glycol; titanium dioxide (E171), red iron oxide (E172), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, yellow iron oxide (E172), talc; triethyl citrate; sodium hydroxide; sodium lauryl sulphate and carnauba wax.
Do not give to children under 18 years of age. Do not exceed the stated dose. Do not take if you are sensitive to omeprazole or any of the other ingredients, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Always read the enclosed instructions before use.
If you experience any side effects, stop taking this medicine and tell your doctor or a pharmacist immediately.
