Shake bottle well before use. Apply at least 15 minutes before exposure to the sun. Holding the nozzle at a distance of about 20cm/ 4 inches spray a fine mist onto the exposed areas of the scalp. Ensure full coverage. In areas with thinning hair it may be necessary to lightly massage the scalp to distribute the lotion evenly.
