Returns Policy

We understand that there may be occasions when the items may not have been delivered correctly or that you no longer require the product. If this is the case then you can return any unwanted items free of charge within 28 days for a refund or replacement as long as they are unused and are returned with the original packaging complete, undamaged and boxed as received. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee and delivery charges may apply.

In the event of a refund, please note the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Credit card companies will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.

How to return an Item

To return an item please use the returns note included with your order. Please fill in the form and attach the freepost label to the packaging. You can post the return, free of charge, at your local post office.

WEE Regulations

The UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations introduced in 2007 aim to reduce the amount of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) ending up in landfil. At Pharmacy2U we fully support this initiative and if you want to return any unwanted electrical or electronic item purchased from Pharmacy2U then please send to Pharmacy2U Ltd, 1 Hawthorn Park, Coal Road, Leeds, LS14 1PQ.
