A geo-demographic profile has been carried out on current customers by Claritas using the customer profile analysis system and this shows the best discriminators including married with children, household income over £22,500 and employed in professional/senior management or admin/clerical. The profile currently reflects that our customer likes to shop by mail order and is interested in health and fitness and personal computing. There is a slight geographical bias towards London, the South East and the North West, plus many rural areas including parts of Scotland.
