This is an agreement issued by Pharmacy2U Limited (”Pharmacy2U”, “P2U”, “we”, “us” or “our”) to the company identified below (”partner”, “you” or “your”) for an affiliate relationship to offer a co-branded online Pharmacy service (”the service”).

Financial Terms
· Option A is available for no set up cost
· Option B is available for a set up cost of £500 (ex VAT)
· Option C is available for a set up cost of £1,000 (ex VAT).
The set up cost must be paid in full before any work on your programme commences.

Pharmacy2U Deliverables
· Pharmacy2U will carry out all the appropriate work necessary as advertised in the Pharmacy2U Affiliate Programme brochure, depending on which Option has been chosen
· The Affiliate will have a dedicated URL that you may use to link from your site to the service. When a user accesses the service via this URL they will be identified as having arrived from your site through a persistent cookie.
· Standard Pharmacy2U consumer prices will apply.
· Standard post and packing prices will apply.
· We will make a partner administration area (”administration screens”) available to you so that you may monitor order activity within your channel, this will be provided by AffiliateWindow.com.
· AffiliateWindow.com will pay to you, monthly in arrears, a percentage of all customer orders, net of delivery charges and VAT at 17.5%, all failed or cancelled orders will be deducted.

Partner Deliverables
· This service will be featured on your website as either a banner, text link or button, for the duration of this agreement
· The Advertiser must provide all necessary artwork and other content for the programme to P2U (by email to craig@pharmacy2u.co.uk) in a timely manner and not less than 5 business days prior to the Start Date of the programme.

Fraud Handling
Pharmacy2U reserves the right to deduct amounts from revenue share owing where it transpires that a credit card purchase was made fraudulently.

Legal Issues
Pharmacy2U grants to you, a personal, non-transferable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the Pharmacy2U Proprietary Marks in accordance with and during the term of this agreement. Neither party is responsible for content on the other party’s site. Nor can any warranties be given as to the availability of that content.

Duration of Agreement
This agreement may be terminated by either party upon the giving of one month’s notice in writing. This agreement is non-exclusive on both sides.

Standard Pharmacy2U Terms Continue to Apply
Except where superceded above, our standard terms and conditions of use, published at the Pharmacy2U Website, continue to apply.
