Once-a-day application. All you have to do is apply P20 90 minutes before sunbathing and it will "bind" to your skin, giving you all day protection. Apply generously to clean skin each morning. Do not apply moisturiser beforehand, as this will stop P20 from binding. Do not apply to broken skin. After application wait 90 minutes before bathing or applying make-up or moisturiser.
If you suffer from a skin disease, consult your doctor before using P20. P20 can stain some fabrics. Make sure you read the enclosed instruction leaflet carefully.
