1. A sample collection pack will be sent to you as soon as we receive your order. 2. You should send your urine sample in the first class postage paid packaging provided. It is important that you provide a sample of at least 20mls and it is best if the sample is taken first thing in the morning. If this is not possible the sample should be provided at least 2 hours after you last urinated. 3. It is vital that you enclose the ?TEST ORDER FORM? with your sample when you send it back. We will supply this test order form ready for you to send. The test results will be emailed to you as soon as we receive them. 4. Test results will normally be available within 24 hours of receipt of your sample at the laboratory.
