Sleeping tips
Most people cannot get to sleep because they have a problem and this is on their mind, the easiest solution would be to deal with the problem, however this is not always the case so the following tips may help you-
Before getting in to bed your could try any of the following dim the lights in your bedroom, have a relaxing bath, play some soft music, read for a short while, do not go to bed feeling hungry.
Once you are in bed you can try some relaxing tips- use essential oils, breathe deeply, have a pen and paper at the side of your bed to note anything down that is on your mind so it will not be forgotten and you can forget about it.
