Nytol herbal tablets contain a blend of natural herbs to soothe and so aid restful sleep.
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Swallow 2 tablets with water 1 hour before you go to bed.
Each film coated tablet contains the active ingredients extract of Hops equivalent to 200mg, extract of Valerian equivalent to 160mg and extract of Passion Flower equivalent to 130mg. Other ingredients: Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate, Microstyalline Cellulose (E 460), Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Hypromellose 4500, Polyethylene Glycol 400, Iron Oxides (E 172) and Titanium Dioxide (E171).
Do not take Nytol Herbal tablets: if you have ever had an allergic reaction to hops, valerian or passion flowers or any of the other ingredients, if you suffer from depression, if you are under 12 years. Consult your doctor if symptoms persist or worsen. Avoid alcohol whilst taking this medicine. May cause drowsiness which can persist into following day, if affected do not drive or operate machinery. Do not take this medicine if: You are taking antidepressant medicines, you are taking beta blockers. Seek medical advice before us if: You are pregnant or breast feeding. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
