Nytol is a clinically proven night-time sleep aid, which is an antihistamine that causes drowsiness, and is used as an aid to the relief of temporary sleeping difficulties.
Adults over 16 years: 2 tablets 20 minutes before going to bed. Not to be given under 16 years. Children: not to be given.

Capsule containing: Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 25mg.
Do not use in the following cases: asthma, narrow angle glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy, stenosing peptic ulcer, pyloroduodenal and bladder neck obstruction, pregnancy, lactation or if taking CNS depressants or MAOIs. Use with caution in cases if myasthenia gravis and seizure disorders. Driving and use of machinery should be avoided as Nytol causes drowsiness. Avoid alcohol.
