HotHands Foot Warmer are single-use air activated heat packs that provide 8 hours of continuous warmth, so they are ideal for keeping warm whatever the occasion (while: commuting to work, out shopping, participating in/watching outdoor pursuits/sports).
The heat packs are air-activated, do not open the sachet until you are ready to use them. Each heat pack is single use. Open the sachet by hand (do not cut) and remove the heat packs. Peel away the paper strip from the back of the heat pack. Adhere to underside of your socks underneath the toe area. For external use only.

Please consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product if you: have poor circulation or heart disease, have diabetes, have nerve damage or sensory impairment, have a skin condition, have rheumatoid arthritis, are pregnant. Do not use the heat pack inside your socks directly against the skin. Do not apply the heat pack on the instep, ankle or top of the feet. Do not insert more than one heat pack per shoe. Do not use heat pack on children 12 years and under. Do not use whilst sleeping. Do not use over an area with the presence of redness, inflammation, over broken/bruised or irritated skin. Do not use on areas of the body where heat cannot be felt. Do not use heat pack in conjunction with other creams, rubs or lotions applied to the skin or with/near to other heat sources. Do not use if you are bedridden or prone to skin ulcers. Do not microwave or attempt to re-heat heat pack. Do not bring heat pack into contact with water or other liquids. Do not cut or tear heat pack. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Store in a cool dry place avoiding direct sunlight. Use by expiry date indicated. To prevent the risk of burns: never attach the heat packs directly against the skin for example by using adhesive dressing tape to hold the heat pack in place. If heat pack becomes uncomfortably hot discontinue use. Do not use during intensive exercise. These heat packs are only for use in shoes or boots where air flow is restricted, do not use with sandals or other ventilated footwear.
