The local anaesthetic in Germoloids offers fast cooling relief from the symptoms of piles. Germoloids suppositories help to reduce the swelling and ease bowel movement. Suppositories deliver a measured dose of medicine directly at the site of irritation.
Adults and children aged 12 and over: 1 suppository inserted at night and in the morning or at a minimum of 3-4 hourly intervals, preferably after a bowel movement. Maximum 4 suppositories in 24 hours. Children under 12: not recommended except on medical advice. You should make sure that you carefully read all product packaging and labels prior to use.
Each suppository contains: Zinc oxide 283.5mg and Lidocaine hydrochloride 13.23mg, also contains fat suppository base, methyl salicylate and glyceryl tristearate.
